Research and Development.
Our settings are constantly evolving in a search for better working suspension. We vary fluid viscosity and volume, compression valving, rebound valving, the midvalve on the fork, spring rates and preload and chassis geometry amongst other things in an effort to get the bike to do what we want. Sometimes this search reveals limitations in the stock system necessitating development of viable solutions- new compression pistons, new links for the rear shock to change the motion ratio, different coatings to reduce friction.
Because our development is so dynamic (and we like our customers) we offer complimentary updates to the latest spec of your suspension anytime it comes in for service.
